I love love love most of these outfits. I want to look chic at my internship! Though I probably won't wear heels, moving photo equipment in heels is probably not a good idea! So stylish flats it is!

Buisness Casual?
I've realized that I'll have to go back to the dress code of my middleschool and highschool days once I'm done with college. Though these four years have been really refreshing, I'm kind of saddened to think that I might not be able to wear leggings every day to my new occupation. I should start dressing more smartly though. ( Is smartly even a word?) Instead of wearing short dresses and etc I'm going to have to start wearing dress pants now (I hate hate hate hate jeans, so even if that were allowed I probably would try and not wear jeans as much as possible). I think I will also organize my closet with Weekend/Nightlife outfits and then work outfits, starting tonight. Wish me luck!

drink drank drunk
Ended up having a party on friday at my old apartment to say goodbye to it and then ended up at Beauty bar on Saturday. The party was fun. Blew up the rest of my balloons from my past photoshoot. I'll post photos from my apartment once my friends put them up. But here's some photos from vofoto.com

Last few months...
My piece in the BFA show at the Sullivan galleries at school. The model is my friend Rae.
It's been real hectic. I've had the BFA show, several birthdays, looked for internships and jobs. I'm hoping that everything works out in the end, hoping I have a future. I think that's the question that is really scary for everyone that's graduating this year, do we have a future in the art world? or not?
I also moved apartments! I went from a 850 square foot one bedroom apartment with carpeted floors in the LOOP to a bit of a smaller (600 square feet?) wood floor apartment. My new neighborhood in is pretty awesome. Very dog friendly, and I'm closer to my friend who also has a dog. Just had a puppy date with them both.
By the way, people who are in Chicago....WHAT IS UP WITH THE WEATHER?

Break.
Been awhile
Christmas sucked.
I celebrated by dressing my puppy up as santa claus! then got chinese food from across the street. The christmas movies that were on kind of sucked... so I decided to cancel my directv bill (54 dollars!) and got netflix instead! I LOVE it. Being able to watch whole series and the like! Directv called me not even 24 hours later, more like 12 hours later and was saying how my service had been etc and how they wanted to know if I wanted to only pay 34 dollars or something etc and I just kept saying NO NO NO please hang up. The next day when the same exact call came with the same questions I told them to please never call me again. I don't need them calling me with the same questions and inquiries. Especially when I start school.
After Christmas I went to Boston for a week. Spent New Years there. It was nice to just get out of the city you know? Get away for awhile. Especially with Graduation and all this other stuff that is coming up. I'm not really sure what I'm doing.
So now I'm back and my puppy (pictured above) got surgery for his knee (laxating patella). He's not doing so good. I've slept/lived on the floor of my living room with him for the past few days. It's so sad seeing him like this. I can't wait till he's recovered a bit more and wants to play. I hate it when he gives me those puppy dog eyes. You know?
oh yeah and here was my new years dress. it was 50 degrees in boston! so awesome!
anyways... im tired from watching netflix all day...how lame haha
